Nancy Doniger has illustrated several books for children and adults. Her most recent book is 'Lemonade, and Other Poems Squeezed from a Single Word' written by Bob Raczka and published by Roaring Brook Press. Doniger has also created images for many periodicals and corporations, frequently for New York Times.
Nancy works digitally, as well as in ink and brush, and paper collage. She began making collage as child, when she cut out a piece of her bedspread, because it was the right color. (She has promised never to do that again.) She lives in Brooklyn with her family and a very tall poodle. She can be found most mornings tramping around Prospect Park, where she gets much inspiration, and muddy shoes.
