Bio:

Earning two degrees from the University of North Texas (B.S. and M. Ed.), Karen Ferrell served Northwest ISD for twenty-nine years as a high school geometry teacher, middle school math and computer literacy teacher, and Instructional Technology Coordinator. Karen is the co-author of the “Adventures in Mathopolis” series for elementary students and the author of several technology integration books. In 2005-2006, she won the prestigious “Outstanding Instructor of Adult and Community Education” award for the state of Texas.
