Bio:

Author Biography

She is a member of SCBWI, as well as a published non-fiction book author. She has sold work to magazines such as Highlights, Weekly Reader/Read, Story Friends, and Family Fun Magazine. She has worked as a freelance writer for local newspapers and magazines. Sheri has earned her BA in Elementary Education from UW Madison and her MA in Curriculum and Instruction. She is an experienced drama instructor, theatre director and yoga instructor.



Sheri is the founder and President of North Shore Academy of the Arts, Inc., a not-for-profit organization offering quality opportunities in the visual, performing and literary arts. In addition, she founded Stagekids (A children’s theatre company) where she directed and produced children's musicals, as well as Balancing Arts Studio, where she teaches yoga classes.
