Bio:

I was writing stories as soon as I could hold a pencil. My favorite childhood memory is of the weekly trips to our neighborhood library where I would check out the maximum (12) books allowed. I'd spend my days absorbed in reading about other people and other lands.

It was books that made me want to travel the world. They opened my eyes to the adventures that life has to offer. I hope to inspire other young readers to explore all the opportunities available to them.

I live in Houston with my husband and our two cats. The cats aren't avid readers but they do their best to pretend they like my work.
