Moira Rose Donohue began writing for children after her defection from the practice of law 10 years ago. She has published plays, magazine articles and two picture books: ALFIE THE APOSTROPHE (2006) and PENNY AND THE PUNCTUATION BEE (2008), both with Albert Whitman. She loves tap dancing, old movies, and dogs. And yes, she does love punctuation that much!
