Bio:

I'm a children's book author who mainly writes young adult novels, but has been known to dabble with a picture book manuscript or middle grade novel. I'm currently serving in my 13th year on my local school board and have begun my 18th year as a Sunday school teacher. Since a 1983 diving accident that left me a quadriplegic, I've worked as a social worker, teacher, and other odd jobs. I'm passionate about regaining my ability to walk, and have ambulated with assistance as far as 400 feet. I continue working on my therapy at home three or more days a week with the help of my wife of 26 years and my six children.
