Author/photographer Donna H. Bowman has canoed through alligator-infested swamps, tracked 800-pound bear in the Poconos, and even ventured through a few kids' rooms (gasp!) in search of unusual stories.

Donna’s four books Big Cats; Big Cats, Animal Discovery; Did Dinosaurs Eat People?; and What is the Moon Made of? include curious, little-known facts and tons of fun!

Donna, a former SCBWI Southern Breeze Regional Advisor, enjoys engaging children in thought-provoking, literary safaris at schools, museums, and zoos. Where will her adventures lead next? Grab a flashlight and follow along!
