Chris is the author 12 books for young people. The Eyes of Pharaoh is a mystery set in ancient Egypt, for ages nine and up.
The Well of Sacrifice is a middle grade Mayan drama, used in many schools. Kirkus Reviews called The Well of Sacrifice, “[An] engrossing first novel… that shines not only for a faithful recreation of an unfamiliar, ancient world, but also for the introduction of a brave, likable and determined heroine.”
Chris Eboch’s Haunted series contains three books, The Ghost on the Stairs, The Riverboat Phantom and The Knight in the Shadows. Haunted,for ages 8-12, follows a brother and sister who travel with their parents’ ghost hunter TV show. In each book, the TV show researches a new ghost at a new location. The kids try to help the ghosts, while keeping their activities secret from meddling grownups.
The Ghost on the Stairs is “A great start to a suspenseful new series,” according to Julie Shatterly of South County Regional Library. “Haunted is a fun read with some thrills and chills and has the added bonus of some genuine, compassionate personalities.”
