Laurie Wallmark writes picture books, middle-grade novels, nonfiction, and poetry. Her picture book biography, Ada Byron Lovelace: Not a Proper Lady, won the 2010 SCBWI Runner-up Work-in-Progress Grant for Nonfiction.
