Bio:

Patsi B. Trollinger is the author of Perfect Timing (Viking, 2006; Benjamin Press, 2011), a picture book biography honored as a Junior Library Guild selection, and Thrill in the 'Ville (Benjamin Press, 2011), a humorous middle grade novel with themes of soccer and politics. Born in eastern Tennessee, she was raised in a family that loved storytelling, which remains a foundation of her writing. Before focusing on books for young readers, she compiled an extensive portfolio in news and magazine writing. Patsi holds a bachelor's degree from Emory & Henry College, a master's degree from Appalachian State University, and currently is pursuing an MFA at Spalding University.
