Bio:

SCBWI Member since 1999; Chautauqua graduate 2010; Previous career: sales and marketing manager for hotel and tourism companies - where I learned that the devil's in the details and now apply that to writing for children. Currently substituting K-8 school. Also, new this year: I'm developing an after school enrichment program, teaching creative writing to children, grades 3-5. MSU Academy; where kids go to Make Stuff Up. I am a frequent contributor to the LA Times Kid's Reading Room.
