Bio:

Barbara Bell received her B.S. in Human Development from Wheelock College and her M.Ed. in Curriculum from Cambridge College.

After teaching kindergarten and first grade in urban and international environments, she relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area. She opened her photography studio (www.bbphoto.us) and specializes in portraits and events.

Barbara's bliss comes from reading. She doesn't do it to show off knowledge or break any world records. She just loves to read. When the opportunity arose to write about YA Lit for Examiner.com, she jumped at the chance.

Reading, writing, and photography...it's what makes Barbara Bell tick.
