Bio:

I am a wife, mother and grandmother (of 6 grandsons and 1 granddaughter). I have been published in the newspaper and magazine markets, including Highlights magazine, and have sold educational testing material, greeting card text, and craft ideas. My work has appeared in the Guide to Literary Agents and the 2012 Children's Writer's and Illustrator's Market. I am a past Letter of Commendation winner for the SCBWI Barbara Karlin grant. Currently I serve on the board of the Northern Ohio SCBWI as a past regional advisor. I have also branched out into the adult freelance market and write for a healthy living newsletter. When I am not writing or spending time with my family, I am avidly working on a counted cross-stitch project.
