Bio:

Linda Rodriguez Bernfeld has worked in radio, television, and newspapers. She has been Regional Advisor in Florida since Sept. 2003 and has had the privilege of working with conference speakers such as Judy Blume, Paula Danziger, Kate DiCamillo, Bruce Coville, Arthur A. Levine, Bruce Hale, Linda Sue Park, Sid Fleishman, and Lisa Yee.
Linda is a past president of the Greater Miami Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists and is currently a freelance writer. For her job she has interviews nine or ten teens a month and writes stories about their achievements.
Linda is married to Jerry Bernfeld and has two boys, Brian, 19, and Kevin, 23.
