Bio:

Barb is a graduate of Connecticut College majoring in Fine Art. She continued her education in illustration and graphic design at the School of Visual Arts and Parsons School of Design. Barb was an advertising art director and some of her clients were Teddy Grahams, Prego and Chic Jeans. She also did art directing for books and her ads could be seen in the New York Times and the New Yorker. She brought home many an ARC and her favorites were always the children's books! Today she concentrates on writing and illustrating picture books inspired by the things she loved and hated as a young child (and adult).
