Bio:

Kelly Ramsdell Fineman is an award-winning poet whose work has appeared in Highlights for Children Magazine and Penn & Ink (Eastern PA Region of SCBWI), as well as in books for the commercial and educational markets including Summer Shorts (Blooming Tree Press, 2006) and Write Your Own Poetry by Laura Purdie Salas (Compass Point, 2008). Kelly has published poems in journals and anthologies for the adult market, and has been a faculty member on several occasions for the NESCBWI conference. In addition to her own blog, Writing and Ruminating (http://kellyrfineman.livejournal.com/), Kelly contributes to Guys Lit Wire and I.N.K. Her first picture book, At the Boardwalk, illustrated by Mónica Armiño, from Tiger Tales Books, came out in 2012.
