Bio:

Born and raised in City of Atlanta. Received three degrees from University of Georgia: BA in Journalism; MA in Journalism; MFA in Dramatic Writing.

Lived abroad for three years in Chuorinkan, Japan, and two and a half years in Bremerhaven, Germany.

Long career in communications includes work as magazine editor and writer; daily newspaper editor and writer; photographer; playwright and director; public relations/media relations professional; UGA journalism instructor; artist and sculptor; desktop publishing editor.

Currently a member of SCBWI/Southern Breeze,SCWW, Tuesday Writers, and Girl Scouts (a lifetime member).

Hobbies include sculpting with clay, drawing, watercolor, making Japanese paper dolls and traveling all over the world.
