Suzanne Corbit Endres

Bio:

Suzanne has loved writing ever since she wrote her first story in the third grade and it was voted best story in the class. After that, she continued reading as many books and writing as many stories as possible. Suzanne has one children's magazine story published and writes regularly for Pug Talk Magazine as well as writing children's book reviews for SpokaneExaminer.com. She also wrote three stories published in the "Cup of Comfort" series by Adams Media.

Ever since earning her bachelor's degree in Education with an English major and an art minor at Eastern Washington University (EWU) and her Master's degree in English at EWU as well, Suzanne has worked in many different fields of writing. She worked as an editor in the Hanford scientific community, taught in both public and private high schools, and also taught writing at Columbia Basin College in Pasco, Washington for eight years.

She is currently working on three picture books and two YA novels, and she has promised herself that she won't give up until one of them, or maybe a new one she hasn't started yet, is published.

Suzanne was the newsletter editor for SCBWI Eastern Washington/Northern Idaho Region from January 2011 to January 2013, and she contributed many articles to the newsletter as well. She lives in Idaho near HooDoo Mountain.
