Bio:

Brenda Kearns lives on a 52-acre farm in St. Anns, Ontario, with her seven kids, two cats, and a big, goofy Great Dane. Brenda worked as a science teacher until she realized that writing was a lot more fun—and having a home office meant she could work in her pajamas. She is the author of Sleepover Zoo (Scholastic Canada) and has published over 2,100 feature articles in magazines such as Woman's World, First for Women, Good Housekeeping and Health Monitor Network. When she isn’t writing—or chasing kids off the road—Brenda teaches martial arts.
