Bio:

Bonnie Berry LaMon recently received her Masters Degree in Creative Writing for Children and Young Adults from Vermont College of Fine Arts. She is also a graduate of Princeton University,Harvard Law School and for the past twenty years has practiced entertainment law representing writers, filmmakers, recording artists and production companies.

Her law firm, The B²L Entertainment Law Group negotiates and drafts agreements in connection with its clients’ activities in the film, television, music and book publishing industries.

Through her company, B²L Creative Works, she offers creative and strategic consulting services pertaining to the development, production, promotion and distribution of her consulting clients’ film, television and literary properties.

She has written numerous articles including “Practice in a Minor Key,” a primer on representing minors in the music and “Achieving Success and Personal Satisfaction in Entertainment Law” a chapter featured in the book, Inside the Minds: The Legal Side of Entertainment, Sports, and Media. Ms. Berry LaMon also gives lectures and participates in panels on legal issues particular to the music, film, television and book publishing industry.

She is currently writing a middle grade fiction series.
