Bio:

She was born in 1966 in Düsseldorf , Germany . She graduated in 1991 at the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg , Germany . She then received a 1-year scholarship and joined the Master Course at the Central St. Martins College of Art and Design in London , GB .
Besides her studies she gained working experiences in fashion ,textiles and advertising as an intern and freelance designer .She taught fashion design and illustration at an art school for young pupils in 1993- 94 , Neuss , Germany .

She has participated in international juried group exhibitions ,projects and international contests and received international awards in art and design .
Her works have been exhibited galleries and museums in diverse States of America ,Italy, Polend ,Germany, The Netherlands, UK, Ireland, Lithuania , Canada , GB , Ukraine and globally via the internet .
Her art is in home and offices of international collectors and in the collection of art institutions in USA . Works of art are published in international design , art and craft books / magazines .
She is a multiple - media and textile designer/ artist and has a passion for fashion and photography. Some subjects and themes are re-design , discussion of humanity and our modern life .
She is interested - of course – in childhood subjects , like “ picture “ books , toys and Art 4 kids .
Some of her Art 4 kids / toys are also presented in online exhibitions. Her design/ concept " My Travel Guide" for kids was awarded in 2011 with the A´Design Award in the category Toy and Recreation Design 2010-2011 .
