Bio:

Allison has recently received her MFA in Creative Writing, specializing in Writing for Young People, from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.

She has completed her first novel, Mending Broken Wings, about Angela, an eleven year old girl, in 1963 northeastern CT, dealing with her first summer vacation without her German-born mother. Soon, Angela stumbles across clues leading to suspicions about Nazi spying. As the evidence keeps disappearing, whom can she trust?

In addition to writing, Allison also teaches at a community-level college and is an accomplished photographer.
