Bio:

I have spent most of my adulthood wanting to write novels, but until three years ago was too preoccupied with the minutiae of daily life to make the attempt. However, turning forty-something gave me a new sense of urgency, and, fearful I might shed this mortal coil before I ever started developing the many story ideas floating around in my head, I began work on my first novel.

I make my living in marketing communications for high technology firms, but my passion is writing young adult novels and I currently have three in various stages of development. I live in Oregon with my husband, two daughters, and my mother. Oh, and my three cats and one timeshare-cat that volleys between our house and her rightful owner's house next door. She prefers our house, by the way.
