Bridget Heos is the author of several nonfiction children's books, published by Rosen, Amicus, and Lerner. She is represented by Kelly Sonnack of Andrea Brown Literary Agency.
Her first picture book, What to Expect When You're Expecting Larvae: a Guide for Insect Parents and Curious Children, ill. by Stephane Jorisch, (Lerner/Millbrook) is out this Spring. It is the first in a three part series that gives advice to animal parents.
She also recently sold her first fictional picture book, Mustache Baby, to Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.
She is working on the promotion Save Everything! (and the Picture Book,) which allows kids to read picture books, write reviews, and win picture books. (http://savethepicturebook.blogspot.com) She lives in Kansas City with her husband and three sons.
