Bio:

Sarah Davies was a senior London children's publisher for 25+ years before moving to the USA and founding the Greenhouse Literary Agency in January 2008.
Greenhouse exclusively represents authors of fiction for children of 5+ and young adults (currently not soliciting picturebook texts), and sells direct to both US and UK publishers, taking the same commission for both. Foreign rights are handled by sister company, Rights People; the agency has an unusually international focus, with offices in Washington DC and London.

Greenhouse has made a steady stream of deals, many at auction, since it launched. Authors include Sarwat Chadda (DEVIL'S KISS; Hyperion), Valerie Patterson (THE OTHER SIDE OF BLUE; Clarion), Alexandra Diaz (OF ALL THE STUPID THINGS; Egmont), Lindsey Leavitt (PRINCESS FOR HIRE; Hyperion), Brenna Yovanoff (THE REPLACEMENT; Razorbill).
