Bio:

After earning her marketing degree at Villanova University, Kat spent many years as a copywriter in the advertising, sports marketing and promotions fields in Manhattan. During her time at Saatchi & Saatchi, she worked with clients such as Clairol, The Olympic Games, and USA Today. Kat has continued her education in creative & non-fiction writing and children’s literature at NYU and Columbia University. She lives on Long Island with her husband Peter and two children.
Her first book, You're Lovable to Me is due December 2010 from Random House Children's Books. Her second book, The Magic Brush came out January, 2011 from Walker Books for Young Readers
