Bio:

Picture book/ Poetry / Middle Grade

I am passionate about writing stories and poems that touch the heart. My work appears in anthologies like Chicken Soup for the Soul, A Cup of Comfort, and Hallmark Gift Books, among others. I have a special interest in writing for struggling readers and the teachers who touch their lives. I’ve been invited to share my poetry at literacy conferences hosted by the International Reading Association and the Council for Learning Disabilities.

My first piece for children appears in Appleseeds Magazine this spring!

I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Saint Leo University. I am also a graduate of the Institute of Children’s Literature.
