Bio:

I draw the Hagar The Horrible syndicated comic strip.

I was born in South Orange, New Jersey and grew up in Wilton, Connecticut.

I co-authored Hagar The Horrible's Very Nearly Complete Viking Handbook with Dik Browne (Workman Publishing)

I've been blessed to work with some legendary editors: Byron Preiss, Hugh Hefner, Michelle Urry, Harvey Kurtzman, Doug Kenney, Sean Kelly, John Hughes, Tony Hendra, Howard Ashman, Jay Kennedy, Amy Lago, Lee Salem, Robert Kraus and Peter Workman.

My cartoons have appeared in the New Yorker, Esquire, Heavy Metal, National Lampoon and for twenty five years in Playboy.

I've been syndicated by all three of the top newspaper syndicates, United Media, A&M Univerasl and King Features.

I live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, a lovely place! With my wife Carroll, her mother, Luvy and our three dogs- a Scotty and two Chihuahuas!
