Bio:

C.E. Walz,a children's book author from Newnan, Georgia, is an educator and composer. When she's not in the classroom teaching writing to middle schoolers, she's hiking, birdwatching, playing the saxophone, or writing...but not all at the same time. She has been published in Child's Life, Humpty Dumpty, Children's Digest, and Turtle magazines. Her published books for children include MARY'S TREASURE BOX (Nelson, 1998), ALLEY LOO: A SPOOKY SWAMP TALE (Dragonfly, 2009), and SWAMP LULLABY (Dragonfly, 2010). Her CD, SWAMP SONGS (The Sennett Chamber, 2010) was written along with her husband James F. Sennett and features songs for children and other swamp critters!
