Bio:

Marjorie Light is a National Board Certified middle school English teacher who lives in Chapel Hill, NC, and writes both contemporary and historical fiction for mid-grades and YA. She was involved in the creation of an Underground Railroad Museum in the Adirondacks and has worked with other museums developing curriculum for that time period.
