Bio:

I'm Betsy Ickes and live in a small town in Pennslyvania with a tolerant hubby and a houseful of animals.

With an engineering background and an MBA, I was caught up the 2009 round of corporate cutbacks. It was a blessing for me, allowing me to spend my time doing what I love - writing! The ideas keep flowing, and I have many projects either in progress or on the back burner until I get the time to develop them.

Clowning is another passion. I'm a professional clown and belong to a clown ally that focuses on helping service organizations. What a fun way to stir the creative juices!
