Bio:
Melissa Wiley is the author of more than a dozen books for children and teens, including two series of novels about the ancestors of Laura Ingalls Wilder. Her middle-grade novel, The Prairie Thief, was published by Margaret K. McElderry Books in 2012 and is a Junior Library Guild selection. Other recent titles include Inch and Roly Make a Wish (a Level 1 Ready-to-Read from S&S), Inch and Roly and the Very Small Hiding Place (2013), and Fox and Crow Are Not Friends (a Level 3 Step Into Reading from Random House). Melissa and her writer husband homeschool their six children in San Diego. Since 2005, Melissa has blogged the adventure at Here in the Bonny Glen (melissawiley.com/blog). She is also a contributing writer at Wired's GeekMom.
