Bio:

David Smith is a lifelong teacher. He is author of a curriculum for teachers, “Mapping The World By Heart”, published by Fablevision, and also of the children’s book, “If The World Were A Village”, which has been published in 19 languages; a video of the book was shown by UNICEF for “International Day of Children’s Broadcasting”. "If America Were A Village", was published Summer, 2009, by Kids Can Press in Toronto. New for 2011 is "This Child Every Child", a picture book about the rights of children, endorsed by UNICEF, published in February, 2011 by Kids Can Press.
