I live in Chorlton, Manchester and graduated in Illustration from Stockport College in 2009.
I have 3 school-age children, who give me plenty of advice on my stories. I originally trained as a landscape architect and spent 15 years surveying, designing and organising the building and planting of outside spaces. I also completed a City and Guilds in Ceramics and have exhibited paintings and sculpture at various galleries in Manchester and Wales.
I have written and illustrated 3 children’s stories (unpublished), 'Jousty Mousey and the Red-Eyed Monster', 'The Magic Puddle' and 'Daniel Dee has Diabetes' (written for my son when he developed insulin-dependent diabetes as a toddler). I am currently working on a new story, The 'Three Little Headlice'.
