Bio:

Anne Belov was born and educated in Pennsylvania. She moved to Seattle to continue her art studies, receiving an MFA in painting from The University of Washington. Her long interest in children's literature lead her to add illustration as another arm of the Anne Belov Art Empire. Having grown up reading Winnie the Pooh and Wind in the Willows, instilled the belief that not only can animals talk, but they have a lot to say for themselves. Her cartoons appear in the Whidbey Examiner.
