Bio:

My debut YA novel, IMAGINARY GIRLS, is forthcoming from Dutton on June 14, 2011, and my tween novel DANI NOIR was published by Simon & Schuster/Aladdin in 2009. I have a BA in writing & photography from Antioch College and an MFA in fiction from Columbia University and I've been awarded fiction fellowships from the New York Foundation for the Arts, the MacDowell Colony, and the Corporation of Yaddo. I'm originally from the Hudson Valley and now live in New York City.
