Bio:

Bachelor's Degree in English with creative writing concentration at the age of 47. Currently writing children's stories, picture books, novels.

Mother of two awesome children ages 19 and 16.
Have been jotting things down and writing since I was very young and at the age of 39 I decided to do something about it. Went back to college part-time.
Currently working on two books; one fiction, one non-fiction.
Finished "Rainbow Snow" a rhyming picture book about learning to snow ski. Written while observing my youngest learning to ski at Peak-n-Peek Ski Resort when she was 6.

Currently, I am writing about an experience that changed the life of our entire family. My son, at the age of 16 ended up in a wheelchair for 2 1/2 years because of a rare disease called Transverse Myelitis. He is now using a cane after many hours,of physical therapy over the last almost 3 years.

I am also working on a novel revolving around a family full of secrets, crazy relatives, and the "Lost Dutchman's Mine" of Phoenix, AZ.
