Bio:

My first love has always been illustrating. With different career choices behind me, illustrating has always been there. When I have strayed and chosen a different path, it has patiently waited for me to commit to it fully.

I live in Willoughby Ohio, it's a really nice place to live. I am married to Larry; he's a great guy, and a wonderful dad. My daughter Annie is 18 and my son Matthew is 12. They are my joy. We have two dogs; Ruby is a psychotic Beagle-Basset hound and Zoe is a lovable bouncing Border Collie. We also have two cats, Milo and Mitzy-Mink and a bunch of fish!

Along with my love of art, I enjoy writing poetry, collecting children's books, reading and gardening. I also like to fuss with the small pond I built in my backyard.

Professionally, I have worked many years as a graphic artist. I now work as a freelance illustrator, and also hold a part-time position as a circulation clerk at the local library.
