I am a full-time mom of two beautiful little boys and a part-time writer.

Writing serves as a creative outlet for me, but my dream also bears a specific purpose. I want to support parents in their quest to raise healthy children by providing them with support, encouragement and a toolbox -- stories that will help children learn to appreciate the benefits of healthy living.
