Bio:

Author, Tia Capers is an award-winning poet and freelance author of books, Delicious Rainbow Thoughts, The Soul of a Butterfly, Nadia's Jewelry Box, Nadia's Loose Tooth, and Nadia's Green Day Festival. She is a Miami, Florida native and currently resides in North Carolina with her family. When not writing books, Tia volunteers in the local elementary schools as a dedicated reader. She is also an active volunteer for several organizations to include: Communities in Schools, Junior Achievement of the Central Carolinas, Habitat for the Humanity, and the Boy Scouts of America. She has enjoyed sharing her Nadia's Adventures children's book series with thousands of children in schools, children hospitals, churches, and other organizations.
