Bio:

My illustrations are expressions of my love of action, adventure, historical art and stories... a passion aquired in childhood during my countless jaunts into the wonderful world of comic books.

My passion came early and developed quickly as I spent hundreds of hours reading, drawing and creating. I earned a college degree in Fine Art, After which I taught middle school art and history.

I have displayed my art in numerous galleries, art show and art fair venues and conducted a number of art related workshops and demonstrations over the years, mostly in color pencil drawing basics.

More recently, I have had an opportunity to do some childrens book illustration work and in so doing developed a fascination for the amazingly creative process of creating images with words and combining them with pictures to tell wonderful stories. I have continued to adapt my considerable skills to this special craft.
