Bio:

I am a freelance illustrator currently living in the Boston area. My work has been published in print magazines as well as online.

I first knew that I wanted to be an illustrator in second grade, when the school librarian read my class a book illustrated by Steven Kellogg. Many years later, after graduating with a BFA in illustration from California College of the Arts, I found out how to begin turning that dream into reality. My tools of the trade are primarily watercolors, which I have been brushing around since the age of 10. I have a lifelong love of books, and children's books are especially dear to me; I am currently beginning to lay the groundwork for my own.
