Heather Bode has been a teacher for over 15 years. She started writing eight years ago as a way to "stay busy" after the birth of her second child. She loves to write non-fiction. Since she has three sons...and a daughter, she tends to lean toward topics appealing to boys. Now, she combines her teaching background with her writing skills to write online teachers' guides for FACES magazine. She also writes parenting articles.
