Rebecca Williams Spindler

Bio:

Rebecca has a richly diverse heritage reaching from the Appalachia Mountains region of Virginia to shores of the Philippine Islands and nesting in the Wisconsin heartland.

In addition to her fictional works, Rebecca is also a screenwriter. Her screenplays have achieved finalist rank in national competitions. Her short stories have appeared in several publications. She has passion for creating heart-warming and humorous characters. She has co-authored a middle-grade book series; "The Tale of Two Sisters" with her daughter, Madelyn, for Little Creek Books d/b/a Jan-Carol Publishing Inc. (www.littlecreekbooks.com).

She has worked in Television, Radio, and as a HR professional. She's a frequent speaker on the creative writing process for students of all ages. She's presented to Wisconsin Screenwriters Forum, UW Madison Literary Fest, Girl Scouts of Badgerland Council, Sheboygan Children's Book Festival and the South East Wisconsin Book Festival. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Wisconsin Screenwriters Forum (www.wiscreenwritersforum.org).
