Bio:
Sarah Ahiers graduated in 2003 with a BFA in English with an emphasis in creative writing from the University of Minnesota. Her classes involved studying under authors Sheila O’Connor and Valerie Miner. Sarah was also the fiction editor of the 2003 Wayfarer, the literary magazine for the U of M.
She is a member of the Online Writing Workshop (OWW) for Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror and was an Editor’s Choice June, 2010 for a horror short story. She is also a founding member of the UMWADS writing group and a frequent attendee of the 4th Street Fantasy Conversation writer’s convention where she discusses the merits of fantasy in fiction along with fantasy authors Steven Brust, Elizabeth Bear, Lois McMaster Bujold, Patricia C. Wrede and others.
Her adult Horror short story Hole Ridden is published in Dark Moon Digest #6 and is available through Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
