Hello! I'm Jess Kite. I write mostly for middle grade to young adult audiences. I am 'pre-published' and am working on a fiction novel with a slight twist of fantasy.

I have a toddler son who inspires and tires me everyday (I say with a truly warm smile!). I live with my son and husband in Grinnell, Iowa, my small hometown that is not like most small towns. I love to write (you'd better hope!), read, sail, swim, SCUBA dive, travel, watch movies, run, play, cook yummy meals, hang out with family and friends, etc!
