Bio:

A 20 year veteran early childhood special educator I am currently a creative writer trapped in an administrator's body (and cubicle) On weekends I am part of a rock/folk band that sings children's music, both originals and covers. Working with children -especially the pre-k set-is my passion and calling in life.

Earned Doctorate in Education from Rutgers University.

Writing credits thus far have all been technical and in the realm of public policy. Oh and 1 brief tidbit in the Reader's Digest about 18 years ago.

I am enjoying reading and lerning about the world of children's literature through SCBWI.
