Bio:

I am a writer and the founding editor of CONCLAVE: A Journal of Character. My novel, THE SILENCE OF TREES (Wolfsword Press, 2010) is available in hardcover, paperback, and ebook. THE SILENCE OF TREES was a Kindle Top 100 Bestseller in 2011. I received my MFA in Writing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and have taught at several Chicago-area universities. I am currently an Artist-in-Residence at the historic Cliff Dwellers Club and sit on the Board of Directors for the Chicago Writers Association.
