Bio:

Justin McFarr has a B.A. from UCLA and a master's degree in Fiction Writing from USC. His background is in film and television, but he has also had both literary and speculative fiction published in magazines. Years ago he was commissioned to write a one-hour sci-fi series aimed at teenagers, and is currently devoting his writing time to both a middle grade book and a ya novel. He has three young sons, has taught high school and is currently a part-time English instructor at an L.A. community college. He loves reading children's literature and teen fiction, and hopes one day to add his own work to the canon of great books for young people.
