Bio:

I am a mum to four boys, an artist and I just love writing and illustrating. My passion for creating stories (through words and illustrations) has been with me since I was very young.

I am a primary educator, with majors in art and special education. I work actively in education with a focus on mental health issues, building resilience and emotional well being with young children.

My first children's book 'Go Away, Mr Worrythoughts!' has been adapted into a professional theatrical production which tours primary schools in Australia. The arts is a fabulous way to access the imagination of children!

I have a new children's book due out in August 2013 called 'Actually, I Can'.
